DIY Pool party
No matter the season pool parties are always a hit. With our heated pools and cool inflatables this party option is a crowd favourite. We supply invitations - but feel free to bring your own (BYO) cake, food and have a splash! Watch Around Water requirements must be followed at all times. Includes:
- 2 hours in total (45 minute instructor led, 1hr 15min free play) in our Learn To Swim pool with smaller inflatable toys
- Designated table area for 2 hours, chairs, and a gifts table - Digital Invites
- Additional children: 20% discount on casual entry per child. Maximum of 30 children
- $400 for up to 18 children ($16/child for additional kids up to max 30 children)
- Timeslots Sat & Sun, 12:30-2:30pm
Party Schedule
- Change into swimming bathers – A friendly member of staff will greet the party and run through a safety briefing.
- 45 minutes - Instructor led games
- 1 hour and 15 minutes – free play
- 15 minutes – Group photo, cake, presents and goodbye

- Downloadable invitations
- Fridge/freezer, kettle, tap water, oven, microwave
- Coffee Machine/café area (costs apply) – Please advise staff if you require anything.

What you need
- Tablecloth, plates and cutlery (we have a knife onsite for you to use to cut the cake)
- Any decorations you may want
- Food and drinks (external catering welcome)
- Strictly NO alcohol, candles or nuts and no piñatas or confetti.
DIY inflatable obstacle course party
Take your pool party to the next level with the obstacle course inflatable! Take on the challenge to get through the course one at a time without falling off! Master the inflatable, then move to the party area for your food, cake and party bags! Watch Around Water requirements must be followed at all times.
- 2 hours in total (1hr inflatable time, 1hr free play) in our 25m Pool
- Designated table area for 2 hours, chairs, and a gifts table - Digital Invites
- Additional children: 20% discount on casual entry per child. Maximum of 30 children
- $400 for up to 18 children ($16/child for additional children up to max 24). Min age of 6 and must be confident swimmers.
- Timeslots Sat & Sun, 12:30-2:30pm

Birthday Party Terms & Conditions
- To submit an online booking request a $50 deposit is required to hold the date/time. This initial deposit is refundable within seven days to allow confirmation of total booking charges. Post seven days, the deposit is non-refundable. Any changes to the booking must be organised and confirmed at least seven days prior to the event date. Full payment is required 5 business days prior to the event.
- Children under the age of 5 years must have an adult within arms reach at all times for pool parties.
- 1 adult is required to always be in the deep end of the water.
- Cost of Party must be paid in full five days before the Party Date.
- No alcohol is permitted at the venue.
- Please be aware we are a public space. Please respect our facility and ensure the space is left tidy. There will be bins available for you to dispose of rubbish.
- Parents and Children wishing to continue to use the facility at the conclusion of the party may do so as a general member of public, understanding that the Party space needs to be vacated.
- Inflatable Pool Parties: Inflatable parties are suitable for confident swimmers over the age of 6 years. It is essential children participating in inflatable parties are competent swimmers in water above their heads as our party is held in 25m lap pool. An unsupervised child of poor swimming ability regardless of age will need to spectate from poolside/use other pool area while supervised by parent/guardian.
