Terms & Conditions

  1. Due to our set menu we do not cater for special dietary requirements or allergies.
  2. Children under the age of 5 years must have an adult within arms reach at all times for pool parties.
  3. The cost of the party must be paid in full, seven days before the party Date.
  4. No commercially prepared food or drink is to be brought into the Centre.
  5. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to refrigerate or heat up food or drinks. Cakes can be stored in an air conditioned room on request.
  6. No balloons are allowed on the pool deck. Foil balloons are allowed in the party room.
  7. Parents and children wishing to continue to use the facility at the conclusion of the party may do so as a general member of public, understanding that the party room needs to be vacated.

Birthday Party Terms & Conditions

  • To submit an online booking request a $50 deposit is required to hold the date/time. This initial deposit is refundable within seven days to allow confirmation of total booking charges. Post seven days, the deposit is non-refundable. Any changes to the booking must be organised and confirmed at least seven days prior to the event date. Full payment is required 5 business days prior to the event.
  • Children under the age of 5 years must have an adult within arms reach at all times for pool parties.
  • 1 adult is required to always be in the deep end of the water.
  • Standard Party includes 18 children. Extra children need to be listed under ‘extra child’ on the booking form at a cost of $17.80 per extra child.
  • For parties of over 18 Children an extra party host is required at the extra cost of $45.
  • Cost of Party must be paid in full five days before the Party Date
  • No alcohol is permitted at the venue.
  • Please be aware we are a public space. Please respect our facility and ensure the space is left tidy. There will be bins available for you to dispose of rubbish.
  • Parents and Children wishing to continue to use the facility at the conclusion of the party may do so as a general member of public, understanding that the Party space needs to be vacated.
  • Inflatable Pool Parties: Inflatable parties are suitable for confident swimmers over the age of 6 years. It is essential children participating in inflatable parties are competent swimmers in water above their heads as our party is held in 25m lap pool. An unsupervised child of poor swimming ability regardless of age will need to spectate from poolside/use other pool area while supervised by parent/guardian.
