Enjoy a calmer, quieter swim during our dedicated Sensory Hour.
Every Monday and Friday from 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm, the centre creates a more relaxed pool environment to support people who prefer reduced noise and a more comfortable sensory experience.
A designated break area is also available if you need some time out during your visit.
